Is there a way of transfering passwords......????

I am going to use addusers.exe to create a file which I can use, to create all the same users on a seperate network. However, how can I keep their passwords the same. Anyone with the solution for this can have all my shares in the Steam Powered Computers of the Futures(r) company.
