Is there a way in sendmail to auto reply for all massages?

Is there a way in sendmail to auto reply all massages for the whole company, for instance the company is closed for a week, instead off making a .forward file in each home directory, to just setup sendmail to auto reply a message

I believe if you create a procmailrc file in /etc directory, you could set it up to autoreply to all mail coming into the mail server. Since it is a global setting, it may not be the best solution if you relaying email for more than one domain.

Sorry if this is too general but it may get you going in the right direction.
