I have a report which I'm calling via the URL reporting method using crystal enterprise 8.0. I have already hit the problem of exceeding the cookie limit and having my ASP session timedout.
However I now find that the report runs fine when using the Active X control and fine when I directly export to Excel, but does not run properly when using the HTML viewer.
Now I've used the HTML viewer with other reports and they work fine. It prompts for all the usernames and pass words for all subreports. Now in my experience this means there could be just one error in the string but apart from the additional viewer parameters is exactly the same as the other two strings.
Even more strangley if I remove a couple of sub reports it starts to work.
Any ideas before I shoot myself?
