is there a SDK avaliable help !!!

i have a bcm 200 and i have been asked to build an application that will pick up calls, transfer calls, hang up calls, retrieve the incoming number etc. i am use to an intertel system who provided me with an SDK in order to achieve these features but i cant find anything like this for the nortel BCM.

can someone help me or at least point me in the right direction.

There is a company called Convertec that makes an application called Visual Call Manager that will do what you want, you do not need to build an application for that.

i know of these products. i can not use them. i have to write an application that will achieve the same but it has to be written in house. this company has obviously done it with .net which is what i have to do

You have to pay for Nortel SDK / toolkits (typically $500 each) and I believe you also have to be an open developer (another $500 /year). Nice hey?
