Is there a program that can map out complex vectoring?

I'm working to map out vectors in my system and currently using Visio to map out the selections and routing. Is there a free tool out there that I can use? Maybe Excel would be a better tool?

Thank you phoneguy. I should rephrase my question. What tool do you guys use to map out vectors that is freely available. Visio or Excel?[tt][/tt]

I use Visio to plan and present Call Center functions for customers. Vectors steps are pretty simple (like BASIC programs) but the overall ideas can be complicated and hard for non-programmers to understand. Flowcharts help customers get a handle on the various pieces.

Visio. but Visio is not free.

It used to be called Visual Vectors as a package on CMS with a client application.

Now it's part of Control Manager
