Is there a program I can run to see who is accessing DLL's remotely?

We have a app and db server setup that we recently migraded the app to a newer, faster computer. We have reason to believe that people are still running specific modules using old .dll's on the old app server (which is still running).

I want to be able to see who is accessing dll's on the old app server.

Help please!

Is it an NT server there is a server manager utility that allows you to see what files are open and who has got them open - maybe that could help?
