Is there a possible solution that call from call forwarding will not ring to operator..

Good Day,

Scenario I had a TDE 200 with 5 trunkline all call from TDE 200 will goes to DISA in DISA message 1 choices had a call forwarding to trunk usually they choose that local if there is one line engage usually two line engaged if I had a 5 trunk. And 1 line will never get line to be forwarded how will be that line is not ringing to operator please help.. Thanks
