Is there a PHP built Admin Panel that is free, secured, and available?

I was wondering if any of you had tried any exisiting php built Admin Panels that I can use. I would like to use it to upload pictures and update news via an admin panel.

Are any of you using one already that you copied from some trusted online source? I have googled this, but thought i would check to see if any of you are currently using one, and you feel that it was easy to implement, and is secured.

sounds like you are looking for a content management system. or even a blog!

try googling for those terms rather than admin panel.

for good script sites look at hotscripts and sourceforge.

If you're looking for a blog like plugin try wordpress. I've never used it, but I just put one together for myself and was told repeatedly that I should check it out.

I've used Drupal (

in the past - which is a pretty good CMS.

Check out The CMS Matrix (

http://www.cmsmatrix.org/)

as it allows you to compare CMS's based on the features you are interested in.
