I have recently Updated the MICS to 6.1 and that has gone very well. There have been strange issues with the NAM 4.1 since, so I am wondering if I needed to do anything major to the NAM because of the upgrade? The issues are we seem to have to reboot the NAM often. The most problematic is the one of the Mailboxes shows an error/missing file on the reboot screen and then hangs the entire NAM. I have recently given the user a different MB with the same ext and it works but the other users are having difficulty remembering the changed MB. I advised the administrator it would be better to install a new HD but is there a Default process to the NAM?
Thanks for any light you can shine on this...

I have done the read and even executed the basic "reinstall" but I thought since it involved an error on the boot that there might be something more avanced. It has so many quirks that I think the reboot is in a different manufacturer.

The "reinstall" is like reloading a program on Windows if corrupted.

Unless you know OS Warp, not much else you can do.

Another option is yes to source 4.1 Hard Drive and replace as the last resort.

Or clone the existing one if HD failure is suspected.
You will need to backup your Sekur file from F915 which would contain any purchased key codes.
