Is there a 'Monitor' for the 3640 Router ?

I found the 800 Line Monitor (for BRI) , bundled with the FastStep software really useful for diags. Is there a similar (FOC) one for the 3640 (PRI ) anywhere ? - it would so simplify day to day monitoring of calls.
