Have a customer using a BCM50 system Release 3.0
They currently have 4 specific extns that are assigned to 6 HG's. Each HG is alpha tagged so that when a call comes in, the name is displayed as they have to answer calls differently.
What the customer is looking to do is increase the amount of HG's for incoming, possibly up to 10 all with alpha tagging. These HG's will only have the same extns in each one, and the HG is set to Ring only on the handsets.
I was wondering if there was a limitation as to how many HG's each DN could be in, and as they are using aplha tagging, is there any known issues we may encounter.
I have looked in all the Nortel guides and unable to find anything that gives me a clear answer.
Thanks in advance
