Is there a macro, or some code that will automatically set up the printers settings?

I currently have a button that automatically prints out a report. The only thing is that when this was printed manually, tray 2 was being selected on the printer in the settings.

Is it possible to configure it automatically so that when the report prints, it will automatically go to tray 2?
