Is there a inexpensive way to host a WEB site at home usin Serv 08 std

I have Server 2008 standard. I want to learn VS 2010 and ASP.NET 4.0 and create .aspx pages for testing. my ISP does not offer static IP's since it is prepackaged from someone else. is there anyway I can use Server 2008 standard connect I'm using Network Solutions but seems they don't support anything Microsoft anymore. No Front page extensions anymore.
I know I can use localhost to do WEB dev but I want the pages out there on

http://www to

show off.

Any and all ideas welcome.

Look at things like DynIP to handle the dynamic IP allocation.
