I'm looking for a client for macs. We don't want them to really logon to the network but we want them to have email access. Is the possible? We also have Web access available. I don't know the mac version. Does it makes a difference?

No, there is not a Mac Client available for GW6. BUT... you can use ANY standard Internet Browser to access GW6!

If your MAC Users utilize the WebAccess functionality, they won't have to login to the Network.

Good Luck!

Hi,
I have been using GW client v5.2.8 for my MAC's for several years with a GW v5.5 system. We recently moved to GW v6.0 and the MAC's still can connect to the Post Office with the old clients. The connections are C/S using Apple TCP and they do not have to Login to the server at all. I have the Archive set to the Local Drive on the MAC's where the Windows machines are set to the Home Drive for Archive since they are Loged on all the time. Try it and let us know how you do.
