Running wu-ftp on RH7.2 and have a 100gb file getting ftp's from out IBM mainframe to this server. It gets almost all the way trough and then starts over. We have plenty of disk space so that's not the issue. Is there a file size limit somewhere else on the server that will not allow this?

Depends on you filesystem but in Redhat 7.2 it should be 2TB on ext2/3 and 16TB on Reiserfs.

If it starts over it sounds more like a TCP/IP or a protocol problem.
