Hi I'm writing from California
I'm in charge of 26 small doctor offices and regularly I get calls about noise or clicking on lines, some times is the carrier most of the time is internal cabling or bad handset cords (Yeah we all got those calls where the user states that there is noise in all of the phones on certain line and it turns out to be just one phone) anyways I often find myself calling our carrier (AT&T) at 1-800-332-1321 and going through the prompt sequence 1,1,2,#,1,1,2,2,1 = Test
this is fine but when you have a site with 20 lines and they cant tell you what lines are having problems is hard to test all of them.
is there a faster way testing this lines? does anyone knows a way to directly access the automated test system?
