is there a DTM recall (NT5B04aaad)?

Do you know if there is a known problem with a DTM card

I have seen a recall on certain DTM modules you will know in the first 24 hours of fitting. Apparently the components are mounted back to front on the module

i got the tech warning (20050055489) explaining the problem and it says there there is a separate doc detailing the recovery procedure - is that released? - i cant seem to find that
