Last week a user requested a phone had voicemail added to it. I did this & as usual it turns out they didn't want that at all, as previously the phone went to some form of automated menu system.
I don't know what system it was forwarding too so I can't revert to the previous setup. Hence my question about is there a change log I could refer to to find out the previous setup?
