Is the SQL Agent included in my version of Brightstor Arcserve?

Hi all,

I've been wrestling with this issue now for about 5 weeks. We have sold a copy of Brightstor Arcserve R11.1 for Small Business Server - Bundle 2. The product code is BABWBR1100E35. The problem I am having is that although the SQL server agent installs, it won't licence properly - keeps telling me I am using an invalid key and the component goes into "Unlicenced trial" mode (which has now expired).

Looking at a CA datasheet for the SBS version of this software it states "The Premium Edition of BrightStor
ARCserve Backup for Microsoft Small
Business Server includes the BrightStor
ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft SQL
Server,". Do I have the premium edition (I suspect I don't)?

Getting any info from the CA website is like pulling teeth - shoot the designer of that site

Don't know for sure but I would think that it is included.

That is the group in CA that takes care of licensing issues.
