Is anyone using the IP Phone Analyzer to get stats for Spectralink i640 wireless phones?? I have not been able to get the phone to respond to the registration command.
E-Manager 6.0.0.6 Opsman 9.0.0.5

Thanks.

What's the problem and/or what are you trying to find out?
I haven't used the software for a long time now and I just tried downloading it but MOL is off-line for now...

Is the 640 on the same subnet as the 3300?

Dave

You can't believe anything you read... unless of course it's this.

Yes the 640's are on the same subnet as other IP devices (5224's etc) that are collecting data. I have tried to register the phones using the IP address the switch thinks is assigned (the alias from the SVP server), and by using what the phone is drawing from the access point. Neither registration request seems to work. I have reloaded the SVP server, loaded the ipdevice in the switch, and cycled the device off - on.

Other data is: Ent Man is 6.0.0.6, Opsman is 9.0.0.5, running on a virtual server (32 bit).

The 640's are making and receiving calls but I'm getting reports of dropped calls by users of the i640's and suspect a network issue (BUT must be able to prove it to the network folks).
