Is the size of TStrings limited?

I am getting EInvalidOperation on TMemo.Lines.LoadFromFile(filename), whenever the file is greater than 64 KB or so. Is there any limitation? How to load large files into a Memo?

TMemo field are limited in size if you want to use large
files better use TRichEdit.
