Is the DDIM compatible with PRI?

DDIM's don't work with PRI if you're splitting channels (which is what the DDIM does). I learned this the hard way when the DDIM first came out.
Some providers will provide frac PRI's, but not very often. You can use the DDIM with a PRI provided you don't drop any channels to the data port.
I'd recommend using a regular DTI card with an external add/drop unit.
