Is the BCM50 Startup Template a Waste of time?

I never use it, and wonder if I should give it a try? I like all the new tools on the bcm50 3.0 like the PRT template, and the Project management. I am planning a new install and have a time crunch on this one, so if i do the template, it may save some time.

Thoughts?

Is it similar to the Templates available on BCM 3.7 and below. Because, it most cases, especially DID templates, it saved allot of time.
