IS\store.exe is using 98-100% CPU

Information Store is using most of the CPU, all the time. Stopped the svc's, rebooted the machine, no help. Store went back up to 98-100%. The mail is still moving, although somewhat slow. The BakcupExec software is still backing it up, once again slower than normal. One of my users tried to empty a very large "deleted items" folder and it seems to be the time that this started.

Any ideas?
