IS SQL DESIGNER STILL AVAILABLE IN 9.0

Hi Gary,
It is available in Crystal 9 as a separate download. The reason why you need to download it separately is because with Crystal 9 you have Crystal Commands where you can dynamically type SQL statements.

It's not a great idea to use these tools, especially since CR 9 supports real SQL within.
If you have a SQL database, but you don't have a tool for constructing SQL, take a look at Embarcadero's products, or other 3rd party tools. Many have graphical interfaces, and once you get the SQL right, you can just paste it into the report, eliminating the additional layer and associated nuisances of the CR Query Designer.

)I am not sure the the SQL designer is even available as a download unless you are using crystal reports v9 developer or advanced edition.
