I work for a clearinghouse that is connected to ENVOY/NEIC/WEBMD/EMDEON or whatever they want to call themselves. If you haven't gotten anything tegether by now post and I can hook you up with our old dial up scripts... We have switched to FTP (much better/faster) and if you want to get a script to use to connect that way as well I can help you out...

We're using Procomm 4.5... but our scripts are pretty simple and should be able to port over to any version fairly simply.
