Is PRI Active

It has been a while since I activated a PRI with an Enabler code. This is a unit that is in the shop and will be installed. I forgot how to verify if the PRI is active. Is it in the Lines section?

It is under the Hardware heading.

You will have to browse through the cartridges until you find the DTI you are interested in:

[ul]
[li]If the DTI is already configured as PRI, the PRI Enabler code has already been entered.[/li]
[li]If the DTI is already configured as T1, try to change it to PRI. You may have to disable the cartridge first. If you can configure the DTI as PRI, the PRI Enabler code has already been entered.[/li]

I also noticed that once I activated the PRI code the RCVD # ( RN ) option became available. It was missing when I first tried to enter this under the LINES section.

It shouldn't be the case.

The Received Number setting appears only for target lines; it doesn't appear for any other type of lines.

Target lines are always available; they don't require a PRI Enabler code. Any call coming in on an auto-answer trunk can be mapped onto a target line. DID, E&M, ground start and loop start trunks can all be configured as auto-answer trunks.
 
I found this under PROGRAMMING/DIALING PLAN

I think recd digits must be set to 3 or more before it is available in the dialing plan
