Is Portal Server compatible with GFI Mail Essentials?

Somebody tried installing Portal Server and GFI Mail Essentials in the same server??
I have a server, a domain controller, with GFI Mail Essentials installed on it, and I'm going to install SPS next Monday in the same server...
Somebody knows if there could be a problem making this step??

DOESN'T WORK!!
Don't install SPS in a server with GFI Mail Essentials. I've tried and now my Mail Essentials doesn't work anymore...
When I have a possible solution I will come back here ...

The problem is with the version of the cdonts.dll

If you have Mail Essentials for Exch. 2000 and install a SPS on the same machine, the SPS overwrites the cdonts.dll of the ME with a newer version.
This causes ME not to work properly unless you update to the new version of ME.

The SP3 of W2K makes the same thing.
