Is Notes able to categorised failure reports??

Is Notes able to categorised failure reports? I am in seek of ways to categorised newly arrived failure reports and move them to respective self created folder e.g "Delievery Failure", "Postmaster..", etc.

I had tried using rules but faced diffculties in obtaining proper criterias for Notes to capture.

Experts, pls help!!!
