Is .Net CLR Free distribution?

Hi All,
If I develop a web site at my office and deploy it at the client's site, do I need to do a complete install of the .Net framework at his server? Or will Visual Studio .Net create a setup.exe that will install just the runtime framework?

You'll need to run the full framework install at their site, including ASP.NET (which doesn't come in the std file).
