Is my CSLC16 extension card overloaded?

I have a TDA100 CN hybrid pbx with dhlc8, 2 cslc16 and 1 lcot8 cards but only 11 lines worked on the first card , while on the second card, just 7 and no more. Even when I swapped the cables same issue. What could be the problem?

Check port status of those cards. All ports must be In Service (INS).

What power supply do you have. Could be over the unit allowance

Have a look at the error log and see what is in there. What phones are you using
