Just set up music on hold at our CS1000E Rls 5.0 with MIRAN. But the music is too loud.

Is there a way to adjust the music volume?

Thanks in advance. I couln't find any solution at old MOH threads.

Not in the PBX itself. You adjust the volume of the amp, or use a matching transformer that has an adjuster on it.

I don't know of a way to adjust the volume of the built in music on a MIRAN card. I have MIRAN music working at several locations and volume has never been an issue.

Sure, you re-record the audio at a lower level.

You can adjust the MOH from MIRAN, go to Nortel site and download music.25, music.50, music.75, which are volume percentages. I presently use Music50

yeah, sounded fine on TDM to me, but IP users in FLA were getting blasted, and some agreed it was loud at the main, so it worked well, music is slightly diff too, which I liked, let me know which was playing after a card reset or MGC re-boot.
