I know there was the 2nd shot offer months ago, and is no longer available, does anyone know if there are anymore offers from Microsoft..
the only one I see is for AATC students!!

I haven't heard of anything special right now. Many of the MS Press books come with a discount flyer in the back of the book.

Right now if you work for a Microsoft Certified Partner they are offering 25% off, making the tests $93 and change.
