Is Lookup Wizard a dynamic list or static list?

Hi all,
I want to use a lookup wizard in my orders table to select the company's client_ID. I can do this, but I was wondering: does Access generate the lookup field once and save it, or does it lookup the values each time so that new clients are on the list?

The lookup link is dynamic and will automatically include any new information.
