It seems I work for a bunch of quick fingered people, and they always delete a msg the do not intend to . I have always told them as long as you don't hang up the phone we can retrieve that message but once you put the handset in the cradle it's gone. Is there any way to get back old message once you disconnect.

not possible, unless you were lucky enough to have a backup running and completed successfully prior to the user deleting their message
