We have a Norstar Modular ICS with XC 6.1 software. One of our tech guys called a vendor’s support line then wanted to transfer the call to his cell number so he could leave the office but not lose his position in the support queue. When he tried, the display showed transfer denied. It appears that we can only dial a 3-digit extension when we transfer a call that we originate, but we can transfer an inbound call to both extensions and off-premise numbers.
Is there any way to transfer an outbound call to off-premise number on the Norstar?
