We are using Thor fiber fiber optic RF cable TV transmitter F-RF-TX-1310 45- 870Mhz and fiber optic RF broadband receiver F-RF-RX .
So far we are using it as point to point from one building to the other , it works very well since 5 years without any problems , but now i need send this signal to 3 or 4 other buildings , please advice if this possible and how can we do that ? do we need additional transmitters ? also currently we are using single mode fiber with SC/APC connectors , but we have only multitude fiber available to the other buildings .

Blonder tongue and other manufacturers make fiber couplers that proivide 2,4,8, or 16 outputs (SC and FC). It takes your signal from the tranmsitter and provides whatever output capability you want. Its basically like a splitter but using fiber optics instead. Note, this will only work with single mode. I dont know of any multi-mode equipment that would work for your scenario.
