Is it possible to recieve multiple domain mail on 1 exchange server? 1

A friend of mine has his own exchange server and would like to start recieving mail for a second business he just started. for instance currently he has a jondoe@abc.com address and he wants to have a second domain on his exchange 2003 server recieving mail at jondoe@xyz.com address.

can this be done without a second server?? any tips would be greatly appreciated.
