Is It Possible to Protect SAS Source Code

Hi everyone ... I was curious, does anyone know if it is possible to store SAS source code in compiled form as to protect the original source from disclosure or tampering with? Thank you.

only in SAS AF. There is an option NOSOURCE that will hide the source program. In base SAS your best bet would be to use something like sourceSafe or a version control app. This will lock the code and not allow unauthorized edits.
