Is it possible to play a different tone for the caller on call waiting?

Hi

My client has asked that when a caller is on call waiting, ie the target extension is already on the phone, that the caller hears an alternate ringing signal, or is given some indication that the person is already on the phone.

The only way I can think of achieving this is by giving them only one call appearance button, and using announcements and VM Pro, but that's not acceptable as they need two call appearance buttons.

System is IP500 v2, IP Office 8.1.
