Is it possible to merge .pst files - Outlook 2003

Does anyone know of a way to merge two .pst files in MS Outlook?

I'm looking to merge two .pst files without having to drag and drop the contents of each folder from one to the other. Is this possible somehow?

Also, if possible, will this merge detect duplicate messages?

In Ol2k it works like this:

File>Import and Export...>Import from another program or file

Select Personal Folder File (*.pst), click Next, browse for file or enter path, choose duplicate option.
