I wanted to know if there is a command to list every port that shows status disconnect? we have 8720's running CM 3.1 with about 2500 stations. I know there's extensions assigned to ports that don't have anything connected on the other end. Currently to do clean up, I have been doing "disp port xxxx" followed by "stat station xxxxx" to see if it's active/idle or disconnect state. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Do 'display alarms' and look for the ports with warnings and a Service State of 'RDY'. The 'Alternate Name' field shows the extension number assigned to the port. Analog ports that have the 'tests' field set to 'n' on the station form will not show up.

disp errors

Put in 513 for error type, this will tell you all the disconnected sets and the types (analog or digital).

Much better! Sorry to clutter the board with a simple question :) Thanks!
