Is it possible to launch a web application from Sage Accpac Portal?

Got a prospect to do a web application. They love to see a web site to be able to launch from the Portal. Can the Portal be customized to launch a web site?

Bwahahaha.... can the portal launch itself? Sorry mate, I still have to see the friggin useless portal actually work.
I think this Portal is going to join the group of previously unsuccessful products like Sage Desktop and Dashboards, but that's just my opinion.

Ditto, the portal is mostly marketing fluff, and it's not very extendable.
