Is it possible to handle 2 Voice mail unit with Norstar ?

Client has 0X32 and 100 telephones... There is installed a Voice mail from other manufacture with dial logic cards... client needs small call center ( 6 employes)... can I install a VM 2 ports (minuet) without conflicting with existing VM...Will the client do Fct 923 from any phone?

I believe from your short description that it is certainly possible. Try the new Call Pilot to get your 10 seat call center. The Norstar Call Pilot can use a couple of sets of F9xx access codes. You could have two norstar vmails on one KSU. You could even consolidate the two systems into one Norstar and move on.

Ack. Understand you want Minuet which is an ACD system. The (now)old Star Talk Flash had an ACD upgrade board and the new Call Pilot 100/150 has a call center application which I believe is ACD. You could also run an NAM with Minuet. I was trying to describe to you that both the above mentioned VMail systems have the ability to use two different sets of Feature 9xxx access codes so two could be run from one KSU.

Thanks fot the effort... but my question is not answered...
I do not have a Flash talk or a call pilot...
There is a Voice mail 12 port (not a Norstar) on a 0X32
My question is... can I ad a VM 2port Voice mail from Norstar that has the Minuet feature without removing the 12 ports... There is only 6 employes that need the call center feature... second question... Is it possible with the fct 923 (supervise groups) to be seen from all the 100 telephones... Yes you can add a 2 port Flash Voice mail to a system with an existing Voice Mail unit from another Manufacterer.
I don't know whether Cintech's Minuet will run on your third party Voice Mail Platform. Phone Cintech 1800 944 3901.
No the supervisor button will not show on 100 phones. You will need some higher level of ACD for that.

If I am missing the point here, could you rephrase your question?
