Is it possible to do weekly summary on form

Have been tinkering with the idea of doing a form as a weekly summary, just as you can do a report.
I can find in queries the monthly summary, but don't understand the coding that is needed for a weekly summary.
Any ideas?

or in the criteria for your date field:

[blue]   Between Date1 and Date2[/blue]

Where date1/Date 2 are Start/End week dates.
