All I want to do is test Cisco IP phones in a lab environment and isolated from other networks and the internet. I have a Cisco 2801 router running IOS version 12.4 and CME 3.3. The interfaces are HWIC 4ESW for the IP phones and a VIC2-2FXS for POTS connections. Will this setup work? Or am I missing something?
