Is it possible to configure Norstar MICS for two digit extensions?

Our old phone system used two digit extensions and we would rather keep it that way since our business cards have extensions listed.

Also, is there a better voice mail system than Call Pilot 150?

Thanks,

Jeff

I know the newer systems do not support 2 digit extensions. THere is not a better voicemail then the CP150 at the moment.

you can configure a mics for two digit extentions, the catch is, you can not have any fibre expansion modules and you lose some functionality of the system (you lose hunt groups)
As had been said, there may be a software version that does not allow two digit extentions where that cut off is I am not sure....

Some people are like slinkies...not really good for anything, but seeing one tumble down the stairs makes you smile!
