Is it Possible to change the system prompts?

Hi Everybody;

Is it possible to change the system prompts of Modular Messaging 5.2.I can listen the prompts by opeening the Visual Voic editor of related ovf file and can listen them.And also can export these files as wav format.I saw import function also but didnt use it because of worry about failure of the whole system.I also noticed that I could only import to 2000 as ID but it has 3600 id in it.Because of our language is not supported for MM I will have to cahnge all the related prompts to my language.I am not talking about auto attendant so ther is another problem for prompts of the users that want to login their mailboxes,listen the commands and do whatever they want by dialing related keys.(For example for record greetin messages they hear system promt thet describes how they can do it.)I want to change these prompts to my language too.Any ideas please?

Changing of the system prompts is not supported. You can create custom prompts for use with the built-in Auto Attendant and time of day prompts of the system. Other than that there isn't a supported way of doing what you are asking. If you were to do that successfully you could not obtain support for it and future patches may impact your system as well. What language are you wanting to use that Avaya does not provide?
