If I install a call pilot 100 in the present. Later on if the company I install it for needs to expand later is possible to upgrade the current cp100 to a 150. I know the cp 100 can go up to 40 mbx's, but it is from a port and channel aspect. I have a multiple choice answer of what it might be if someone would care to point me in the right direction.

A. It can be upgraded by purchase of a keycode.
B. The current cp100 needs to be reset, and a new cp150 software needs to be put into the cabinet.
C. The hole voicemail unit needs to be swapped out from cp100 to cp150.

If someone could clear this up, I would be greatful.
Thanks
Kevin

The CP100 and CP150 are two different pieces of hardware. C is the correct answer, the whole unit must be changed out.
