Is it possible to call forward Analog FAX from one TN to a different TN in the same core PBX, both have different DID ranges.

I theory, yes. But you are in the wrong forum. This is for the Partner ACS Telephone system. Unless you have the T1 module for the Partner which is pretty uncommon you cannot have DID's in a Partner.
